Establishing deeper economic, political and security ties will be of mutual benefit to all the countries. This assumes greater significance in a world fraught with internal divisions and rise of hyper-nationalist elements. With the major powers battling their own confusions, it becomes imperative for India to take charge and lead the way in global diplomacy.
